Jim passed away this morn­ing, Sun­day, Decem­ber 11th, 2011 at 4AM. Macela & I, sis­ters Jody & Rita, brother & wife Mickey & Joni, niece & nephew Aimee and Zack were with him and hold­ing his hands through his tran­si­tion from this life to the next.

Dear Bar­bie,

I am so sorry for your loss. I woke up this morn­ing at just prior to 4:00 and could not get Jim off my mind. When I think of Jim, I think of integrity. He was the most loyal and faith­ful man that I have ever worked with. Jim kept his word and stood by my side through the most dif­fi­cult time in my life, the drawn out demise of my events busi­ness. We were in a posi­tion that we had to pro­duce the final events know­ing that there was no way to finan­cially suc­ceed. When I asked Jim if he was going bail out before the final events, he said “Rei­den­baugh, I gave you my word that I would do this, and it ain’t over till it’s over”. I per­son­ally could not have sur­vived all of this with­out Jim’s sup­port. I remain for­ever grateful.

Jim was so good at man­ag­ing the peo­ple in the busi­ness. He would inspire every­one to suc­ceed and hold them account­able. He was tough enough to stand firm, yet so car­ing and com­pas­sion­ate with every­one. Bar­bie, what I will always remem­ber most about Jim is his love for you and your fam­ily. He always spoke so highly of you, Macaela and Angie. He was so proud of his fam­ily and would light up every time he spoke of you.
